Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in group sales or related hospitality sales role
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

  • Champion a high-touch client experience through collaboration with Operations Event Planning and Banquets
  • Oversee use of sales systems to manage pipeline performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead sales strategy meetings business reviews and planning sessions to align priorities and optimize results
  • Support broader sales and marketing initiatives in partnership with leadership
