P.F. Chang's offers a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting from the first of the month following hire, paid vacation, holidays, professional development opportunities such as tuition reimbursement, and unique perks like a preloaded meal card for use at any corporate-owned location.
