This opportunity is for the role of Area Director, also known as Market Partner, a vital leadership position within P.F. Chang's. The Area Director oversees multiple restaurants within a given market, primarily focusing on operational excellence, sales growth, team leadership, and strategic oversight. This position requires approximately 75 percent of time spent in the field, making it essential for candidates to reside within or near key locations such as Orlando, FL (strongly preferred) or Tampa, FL. The Area Director is tasked with driving the business forward by ensuring each restaurant under their supervision consistently meets or exceeds company standards in guest service, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. In this capacity, they lead diverse teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), EBITDA targets, and maintain cost control.
