This leadership role is also responsible for strategic oversight, including setting the direction for the market, monitoring performance metrics, identifying improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Additionally, the Area Director supports recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives to build a strong, united workforce. With an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence, this leader addresses employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment. With extensive multi-restaurant leadership experience in a polished, upscale casual dining environment, the ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in opening restaurants and managing sales growth using advanced POS and corporate software systems. This opportunity offers comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(K) plans, paid vacation and holidays, competitive pay and performance incentives, tuition reimbursement, meal cards, exclusive discounts, and a supportive community fund.
