The company prides itself on upholding the highest standards in food quality, service, and overall guest satisfaction, continually striving to surpass customer expectations.

P.F. Chang's is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Area Director, also known as a Market Partner, who will oversee multiple restaurant locations within the Atlanta, GA market. Furthermore, the Area Director will oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new management trainees, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent and leadership within the market.

The position demands a high level of financial acumen, proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, and corporate software, accompanied by strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to manage and inspire teams effectively. The candidate should have experience in opening new restaurants, which is strongly preferred, and be prepared for extensive travel of up to 75 percent of the time.

Working primarily in the restaurant environment, occasionally in office settings or remotely, the Area Director must be capable of performing the essential functions of the role, including prolonged standing and walking. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits starting immediately after hire, paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, competitive pay with performance incentives, tuition reimbursement, prepaid meal cards, exclusive employee discounts, and a supportive community fund.
