Job Duties

  • Build high performing teams by hiring and training restaurant general managers, assistant general managers, and shift managers
  • Lead by example and promote talent within the organization
  • Model customer mania and coach general managers to exceed operations and quality standards
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly while maintaining positive relations
  • Evaluate financial performance of restaurants using financial analysis
  • Support general managers in driving sales and profitability
  • Provide consistent feedback to enhance operational excellence
