Job Duties
- Build high performing teams by hiring and training restaurant general managers, assistant general managers, and shift managers
- Lead by example and promote talent within the organization
- Model customer mania and coach general managers to exceed operations and quality standards
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly while maintaining positive relations
- Evaluate financial performance of restaurants using financial analysis
- Support general managers in driving sales and profitability
- Provide consistent feedback to enhance operational excellence
