Job Description

Flynn Group is a nationally recognized leader in the restaurant franchise industry and proudly operates as one of the largest franchise groups in the United States. Founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, the company has expanded significantly and now owns and manages a diverse portfolio of iconic restaurant brands, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. Flynn Group's commitment to excellence is anchored on core values such as caring genuinely for people, playing like champions, and winning as one unified team. Since acquiring 76 Taco Bell locations in 2013, Flynn Group has grown to become the third largest Taco Bell franchisee in the world and is continuing on an aggressive growth trajectory. Employee dedication and talent are viewed as the foundation of Flynn Group's success, and the company fosters an inclusive, supportive work environment where employee ideas and contributions are valued and encouraged.

The company is currently seeking an Area Director/Area Coach to join its expanding team. This full-time leadership position offers a competitive starting salary from $70,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. As an Area Director/Area Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Flynn Group's leadership vision by overseeing and enhancing the operational performance of multiple Taco Bell restaurants. In this position, you will be responsible for building and mentoring high-performing teams that include Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers. Your leadership will help foster a culture of operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and financial success across the restaurants under your supervision. A core part of your role will be to elevate customer satisfaction by modeling 'Customer Mania', coaching management teams to exceed operational standards, and swiftly resolving any guest concerns to ensure positive outcomes.

In addition to team development and customer service, you will also be tasked with applying your financial expertise to evaluate restaurant performance data, support sales growth, and recommend strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Flynn Group values continual learning and career growth, and as part of this role, you will have access to unparalleled advancement opportunities, including training programs and leadership development initiatives. The company also offers various benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, a 401(k) plan with company match after one year, a cell phone allowance, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling. Being on the road is part of the work requirement, enabling you to maintain an active presence in the restaurants you oversee. Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce while providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused leader ready to contribute to the growth and success of one of the premier franchise groups in the country.
