Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items
- Knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks
- Commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of Kupuna
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of menu planning and preparation methods
- Understanding of food inspection procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen management principles

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals to Kupuna
- Support all activities in the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure quality of meals served and compliance with special diets
- Break down and sanitize food service locations and equipment
- Maintain adherence to kitchen sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu planning and food inspection
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service
