Flynn Arby's is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Manager to join their outstanding team. The Shift Manager will be instrumental in overseeing operational tasks such as food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. As a Shift Manager with Flynn Arby's, you will play a crucial role in the execution of company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance, while driving sales and meeting financial targets. Collaboration with other shift managers and the broader management team will be essential to continuously improve processes and enhance overall performance. Inventory management to reduce waste and optimize efficiency will also fall under your responsibilities, allowing you to contribute directly to the profitability and sustainability of the restaurant. The role offers the opportunity for both full-time and part-time employment with a competitive hourly wage of $17.00. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food/hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
