The role of the Restaurant General Manager at Arby’s, operated by KBP Inspired, is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving restaurant success through effective management of operations, finances, and team development. This full-time position offers an expected annual salary range between $55,000 and $70,000, depending on skills, experience, and location. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the daily functioning of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with at least one year of managing a restaurant or retail establishment, adept at handling profit and loss responsibilities, and skilled at motivating and developing team members.

A key part of the role involves maximizing profitability by carefully managing cash control, inventory, labor costs, and analyzing financial reports to make timely, strategic decisions. The manager will recruit, interview, and hire staff, including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers, fostering a motivated workforce that drives operational excellence. Regular coaching and training ensure that employees maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and ensuring a friendly, quality dining experience is fundamental to this role.
