Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- available to work flexible hours primarily on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
- reliable and punctual
- capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to pass any required background checks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of event operations and safety procedures is a plus
