Idaho Central Arena is a premier multi-purpose venue located in Idaho that offers a versatile and vibrant space of 22,000 square feet dedicated to indoor entertainment and events. Primarily known as the proud home of the ECHL Idaho Steelheads Hockey Club, the arena transcends sports and embraces a broad spectrum of events that cater to a diverse audience. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- available to work flexible hours primarily on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
- reliable and punctual
- capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to pass any required background checks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of event operations and safety procedures is a plus
- physical ability to perform custodial tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- assist guests with concession orders and delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas
- support event setup and breakdown operations
- perform custodial duties including cleaning restrooms and public areas
- monitor and report equipment functionality and technical issues
- provide excellent customer service and support during events
- adhere to safety and health regulations
