Founded on the mission to "Cultivate A Better World," Chipotle stands out as an industry leader in sustainability, innovation, and quality. Operating numerous locations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, Chipotle is distinctive as the only restaurant company of its size that owns and operates all its locations in North America and Europe. The company places a strong emphasis on creating a positive guest experience, supporting sustainable farming practices, and leading advancements in digital and technology-driven food service.

The Apprentice role at Chipotle offers an exciting growth opportunity for individuals passionate about restaurant management and hospitality. As the company rapidly expands, opening nearly a new restaurant every day, Chipotle is actively seeking motivated leaders eager to develop their skills and eventually grow into General Manager positions. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience managing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and recruiting. This role involves a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service, training and developing crew members, and upholding the highest standards of food safety, operations, and compliance.

Apprentices will act as leaders on duty, ensuring speed and accuracy of service while fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both guests and team members. Working a standard 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends, Apprentices will learn the complexities of running a restaurant in a fast-paced setting, building skills necessary to manage a successful business. The role requires physical endurance to be on your feet for extended periods and engage in lifting and other activities necessary for restaurant operations.

Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package to support its employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, quarterly bonuses, tuition assistance, paid time off, and holiday closures. The company's inclusive culture values diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring fair opportunities for all candidates.
