Training and mentoring are key components, as individuals will assist Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters in understanding bar functionality, guest service nuances, and bartending techniques.

This position involves responsibilities such as managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash procedures including daily reports, and working closely with management and other staff members to maintain seamless operations. Creativity is encouraged through the use of specialized tools for crafting fresh juices, infusions, and molecular cocktails that elevate the guest's experience. Effective communication and sales skills are essential, as the role includes upselling food and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will bring over five years of relevant experience in bar or similar service environments, preferably with exposure to fine-dining service and resort settings. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary, and applicants must meet the legal drinking age requirement of at least 21 years old.
