Through structured training resources and hands-on experience, Apprentices gain knowledge in managing scheduling, profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, recruiting, and maintaining food safety and compliance standards.

This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about people development and leadership while being driven by a Guest Obsessed philosophy. The position involves working approximately 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends, with applicable overtime compensation. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, involving physical activity such as standing and walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around varying temperatures. It requires excellent communication skills to liaise with guests and team members effectively.
