The role of an Apprentice at Chipotle presents an exciting growth opportunity within this fast-expanding company, which opens nearly one new restaurant every day. Apprentices will engage in a wealth of responsibilities such as overseeing digital order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, upholding food safety and compliance, and mastering financial elements like sales forecasting and profit and loss management. The position typically requires a 50-hour workweek inclusive of evening and weekend shifts, offering overtime pay. A physically active role, Apprentices should be prepared to work long hours on their feet, perform lifting tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant setting.
