Chipotle is currently experiencing rapid growth, opening almost one restaurant every day, and to support this expansion, it is seeking dynamic individuals to join the team as Apprentices with the potential to become future General Managers. The apprenticeship is designed for those eager to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations. In this role, apprentices will be involved in various aspects of running a successful restaurant, including hiring and training staff, managing daily operational tasks, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with Chipotle's guest-obsessed culture. Apprentices will learn essential business functions like creating and managing schedules, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and compliance standards.

Chipotle's compensation package for this role includes a competitive hourly wage estimated between $23.95 and $26.39, with eligibility for quarterly cash bonuses based on performance.
