Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Preferably have 1 or more years of experience in a high-volume resort setting
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of performing physical tasks related to bar work
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume resort setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop bartending skills
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
- Age 21 or older
Job Duties
- Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes while maintaining sufficient stock of all items
- Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards behind the bar
- Support team members to ensure smooth bar operations
- Assist with inventory control and supply management
