We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. This role is perfect for those eager to start a career in sales without prior experience, as we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. As a Solar Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to connect with homeowners directly, often door-to-door, to schedule qualified appointments for our experienced sales closers who will handle the sale. This position offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive hourly wage of $15, complemented by commissions of 3% per deal as well as monthly performance bonuses ranging from $250 to $2,000. Your earnings can reach between $80,000 and $200,000 annually based on performance.

The role requires at least 33 hours of work per week, including training sessions and participation in three weekly sales meetings. You will use a mobile app to log leads, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified prospects to the sales team. Successful candidates are driven by financial incentives, possess strong communication skills, and have reliable transportation.
