The Brand Ambassador will play a pivotal role in representing the brand at various retail locations, community events, and trade shows, actively engaging shoppers, and introducing them to the unique benefits of our premium window and door solutions. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence in initiating conversations, and the ability to nurture leads by setting up qualified in-home consultation appointments. Compensation includes a guaranteed hourly rate of $18 plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead generated, with top performers regularly earning $1,000 or more weekly — even on a part-time basis. Realistic hourly earnings range between $25 and $35 or more, ensuring true earning power based on performance. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, tailored to fit your lifestyle and goals.
