Job Requirements
- Company must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Operate with an active MC and DOT number with FMCSA
- Use 26ft box trucks with liftgate or 53ft trucks if needed
- Teams must consist of two persons
- Possess tools for installations and property protection equipment
- Be at least 21 years old (18 if non-driver)
- Pass background check and drug test
Job Qualifications
- Experience in appliance installation
- Ability to manage warehousing operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of local installation codes and manufacturer specifications
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Experience managing delivery routes and logistics
- Two-person team capability
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Receive and process inbound product shipments
- Manage inventory and Will-Call service
- Handle routing and dispatch management for installation routes
- Oversee timely and accurate delivery and installation of appliances
- Manage large-scale multi-family projects and support single-family home communities
- Follow local installation codes and manufacturer specifications
