The role of the Appliance Service Technician at CSC ServiceWorks offers an exciting opportunity for technically skilled professionals who enjoy problem-solving and working independently in the field. Scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Appliance Service Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at various customer and client sites within assigned regions. This hands-on role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision to maintain optimal machine performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Technicians are expected to conduct routine preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of appliances, carry out repairs aligned with manufacturer and safety standards, and provide exemplary customer service by addressing client concerns professionally. Additional responsibilities include managing detailed service documentation, handling inventory for parts and tools, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
