- Previous experience in appliance repair or related field preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environmental conditions

Job Duties
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances
- Interact with customers professionally and provide accurate information regarding repairs
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and prepare service reports
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools
- Order necessary parts and equipment for efficient repairs and maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service calls
