The role of Appliance Service Technician at CSC ServiceWorks is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This full-time, Monday through Friday position involves traveling within a designated region to perform maintenance and repair services on washers, dryers, and air-vending machines. The Appliance Service Technician plays a key role in troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing friendly, professional customer service. Ideal candidates are independent problem-solvers with strong mechanical aptitude who take pride in maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Previous experience in appliance repair or related field preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physical stamina and dexterity
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environmental conditions

Job Duties

Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances
Interact with customers professionally and provide accurate information regarding repairs
Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and prepare service reports
Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools
Order necessary parts and equipment for efficient repairs and maintenance
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service calls
