Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Previous experience in appliance repair or related field preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions

Job Duties
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and other relevant information
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools
- Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances
