Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales goals is a core part of the role, providing sales associates with the opportunity to earn competitive commissions and bonuses. The expected earnings for this full-time position range from $55,000 to $100,000 per year based on performance, along with a $1,000 signing bonus, details of which are provided at the store.
This role requires a flexible schedule, including working approximately five days per week with availability during evenings and weekends.
