Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license
ability to pass pre-employment screening
basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
previous experience in appliance repair or a related field preferred
good interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
willingness to work in various environmental conditions both weather and non-weather related

Job Qualifications

Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred

Job Duties

Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines
conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan
interact with customers professionally and address their concerns providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process
maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and prepare service reports updating the internal database
monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools, order necessary parts and equipment
adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances ensuring personal and customer safety
operate independently within assigned regions managing time efficiently and meeting customer expectations
