The role of Installation Associate is vital within the Ferguson team. These professionals deliver, install, and occasionally remove a diverse range of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. This position offers a hands-on experience with household appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators, delivering "white glove service" that emphasizes accuracy, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. Installation Associates are expected to ensure all appliances are installed according to manufacturer specifications without damage and are fully operational upon completion.

Ferguson provides full company-paid training for all new employees, including installation seminars and certification opportunities to stay current with product innovations and industry standards. No previous custom appliance installation experience is required, but a desire to learn is essential, supported by the company’s comprehensive training programs. This role also incorporates driving duties, requiring the associate to safely and efficiently deliver appliances to customer locations.

Situated at 966 United Cir, Sparks, NV, the position has a competitive starting wage of $23 per hour, with potential increases based on years of experience. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime when needed. The ideal candidate will bring between one to three years of appliance delivery and installation experience, possess a valid state driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and either have or be capable of obtaining a DOT Medical Card. Candidates with HVAC and plumbing knowledge will find this especially beneficial.
