This job posting includes two distinct roles within the Flynn Applebee's restaurants: Servers and Cooks. The Server position starts at $7.21 per hour plus tips, requiring candidates to be at least 18 years old, capable communicators, and committed to making a positive impact for guests. Servers act as the guests' first and last impression, providing friendly, attentive service and making recommendations that enhance the dining experience. The Cook position offers wages ranging from $19 to $23 per hour and requires candidates to be at least 16 years old. Cooks are responsible for preparing the delicious menu items that keep customers coming back. Job Requirements
