We are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated and professional Restaurant Manager I to join our operations department.

The Restaurant Manager I plays a crucial role in supporting the Unit General Manager by overseeing operational business activities and ensuring that financial, operational, and guest service objectives are consistently met. This non-exempt position requires an individual who can help reinforce a great workplace culture, provide effective training and supervision, and deliver prompt and courteous service in line with Food and Beverage standards and company policies. Responsibilities include managing quality standards for food and beverage deliveries, assisting with supply orders, resolving customer complaints, ensuring sanitation and health regulations compliance, maintaining proper record-keeping, overseeing maintenance and repair services, and ensuring adherence to company dress code and procedures.

This role demands a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented leader capable of supporting the leadership team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or some college education, and strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Additionally, a basic understanding of profit and loss goals, including labor, sales, and cost of goods, is essential. Job Duties

  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for the concept
  • check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage deliveries
  • assist in the ordering of concept supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals and paper products
  • resolve customer complaints about food quality or service through company standards
  • maintain sanitation standards
  • monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are followed in adherence to state and local guidelines
  • follow proper record keeping adhering to Areas standards
  • assists in the preparation of all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • processing of invoices through the proper systems
  • arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services as needed
  • maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards
  • advises concept manager to the performance of associates
  • ensure all employees are following the company dress code guidelines
  • monitor food preparation and methods to ensure compliance with brand and company specification and standards
  • perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
