Rigorous oversight of cash handling, inventory costs, and operational paperwork is required to maintain accuracy and accountability.
This role necessitates a candidate with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, hospitality, or related fields, supplemented by extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Assistant General Manager or Unit General Manager, with at least seven years of proven leadership in similar environments.
