Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to wear protective equipment during shifts
- Must be able to commute to Pittsburgh, PA
- Must be able to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines diligently
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests promptly during carside delivery
- Deliver food orders with a friendly and positive attitude
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Ensure all orders are accurate and complete before delivery
- Follow health and safety protocols including use of masks and hand sanitization
- Lift and transport to-go bags safely up to 50 pounds
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance service experience
