The role of Applebee's Assistant Manager is integral to delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be deeply involved in all facets of restaurant management, from ensuring timely and friendly guest service to handling operational details such as inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling. Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications a plus

Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit

- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff
- ensures guest contact as a priority with completion of required table visits
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards by performing line checks
