Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs
  • Identify ownership opportunities and present Apple products and services
  • Educate customers on relevant ways to buy products
  • Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes
  • Support peers throughout the store by sharing product knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in processes
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks including customer service support in various store areas
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values
