Job Duties
- Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs
- Identify ownership opportunities and present Apple products and services
- Educate customers on relevant ways to buy products
- Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes
- Support peers throughout the store by sharing product knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities
- Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in processes
- Perform miscellaneous tasks including customer service support in various store areas
