Job Duties
- Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
- Demonstrate product to customers
- Replenish product on shelves per merchandising guidelines
- Remain product expert through ongoing training
- Maintain knowledge of advertised sales including pricing and signing
- Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves
- Restock merchandise as required
- Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting in buying decisions by identifying and evaluating needs and making product recommendations
- Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
- Perform all other duties as assigned
