Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years retail experience in apparel
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly with occasional heavier lifting assistance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and task-oriented work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience preferably in soft lines or apparel
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and planogram execution
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members
- Oversee inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Implement and maintain planograms and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure apparel displays meet GOLD standards for presentation and cleanliness
- Execute pricing and promotional events accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the apparel team to support sales goals and training
