Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in apartment leasing
- knowledge of leasing and marketing programs
- ability to perform application verifications within twelve hours
- background and drug testing required
- ability to perform administrative and marketing duties
- strong interpersonal skills

- Previous apartment leasing experience
- knowledge of apartment community and competitive market
- strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Stand and greet all prospects that visit the leasing office
- answer phone and personal inquiries and provide rental information in a professional manner
- schedule sales appointments and convert prospect phone calls and internet leads into property visits
- perform verifications of application within twelve hours of lease date
- maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs and follow-up
- inspect make ready standards and community appeal
- track traffic, appointments and leases daily
