This is a full-time role with a pay range between $21.00 and $22.00 per hour. As a Porter - Groundskeeper, the individual will play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property and its amenities. Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties indoors and outdoors, managing trash removal and cleanliness of central waste disposal sites, maintaining equipment and tools in proper working condition, and assisting with seasonal needs such as snow removal.
