Currently, Lyon Living is hiring for the position of Porter - Groundskeeper at The Fields, a mixed-use property located in Milpitas, CA. This role is crucial to maintaining the pristine appearance and functionality of the property to ensure a positive resident experience. The Groundskeeper is entrusted with the responsibility of upholding high-quality standards through meticulous outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks. This position involves a blend of janitorial duties, landscaping assistance, and general upkeep to support the property’s cleanliness and curb appeal.
