At the Village at Lionsgate, one of Maxus Properties' managed communities, the Maintenance Technician role is a vital position contributing directly to the upkeep and functionality of the community. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities encompassing various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and landscaping. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting regular inspections designed to prevent potential maintenance issues and promptly address any repair needs. The position requires collaboration within a dedicated team of four technicians, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating on-call weekends, ensuring that residents always have access to maintenance support when needed.

The Maintenance Technician position includes the opportunity to obtain EPA/HVAC certification within 60 days of hiring, with reimbursement available for candidates who pass on their first attempt.
