Job Description

AMLI Residential is a prominent property management company specializing in the development and management of luxury apartment communities across the United States. Known for its commitment to quality living and exceptional resident services, AMLI Residential focuses on creating vibrant, sustainable, and thoughtfully designed apartment homes that cater to diverse lifestyles. With a broad portfolio of properties, AMLI has established itself as a leader in the multifamily housing industry by prioritizing innovative community amenities, professional management, and environmentally responsible building practices.

AMLI Residential is currently seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to serve two of its apartment complexes located in Bellevue, including AMLI at Bellevue and AMLI Spring District. This is a full-time, in-person position with an expected minimum of 40 hours per week and offers a competitive hourly wage starting between $25.00 and $26.00, supplemented by monthly bonuses. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, designed to support employees and their families, reflecting AMLI's commitment to its workforce.

The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of both communities. The technician will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks ranging from routine repairs to more complex issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement. Ensuring that vacated apartments are restored to a 'make ready' status promptly and accurately is a crucial part of the job, helping to minimize tenant turnover and maintain high occupancy rates.

This position requires responding promptly to resident service requests to provide high-quality maintenance solutions that uphold the standards of AMLI Residential. The role demands flexibility, including availability for on-call duties during evenings and weekends, which ensures continuous support for residents. Preventative maintenance duties, such as pool care, exterior lighting inspections, filter changes, and apartment inspections, also fall within the technician’s responsibilities, ensuring the longevity and safe functioning of community facilities.

The technician will also be expected to keep work areas and tools clean, maintain inventory, and care for all supplies and equipment associated with the property and management company. This comprehensive approach to maintenance not only supports operational efficiency but also contributes to resident satisfaction and community reputation.

AMLI Residential is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering a welcoming workplace for all employees. The use of artificial intelligence in employment processes is thoughtfully managed to avoid any form of discrimination. This opportunity is ideal for maintenance professionals with at least one year of relevant experience in apartment, hospitality, or commercial settings who are looking to grow their career in a stable and dynamic environment with opportunities for advancement.
