Currently, InterSolutions is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Tech Leads and Supervisors for their clients' apartment properties located in Miami Beach, FL. The role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in apartment or residential maintenance who also possess strong leadership skills and the eagerness to advance their careers. This position is focused on overseeing maintenance operations, leading teams to ensure timely and efficient service completion, and maintaining high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The pay rate ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, reflecting the role's responsibilities and the experience required.

The Maintenance Lead will be the key figure in coordinating the work efforts of the maintenance team, providing direction to ensure that service requests are addressed promptly and accurately. Reporting directly to the property manager, this leader will take charge of managing vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents, ensuring that grounds remain clean and orderly, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents. A deep familiarity with electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and other maintenance tasks is essential. The role demands technical proficiency regarding electrical circuits, switches, breakers, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures, in addition to capabilities in minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and bulk trash removal.
