Currently, InterSolutions is seeking motivated and personable Apartment Leasing Consultants to join their team in Burnsville, MN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing the living experience for both prospective and current residents of top-tier apartment communities. You will serve as a key contact for leasing inquiries, actively engaging with prospects, providing detailed tours, and guiding them through the leasing process. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting new residents with paperwork, managing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with community policies.
This position offers competitive compensation at a rate of $18 to $20 per hour, with various shift options that accommodate different schedules, including weekends. - Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
- Knowledge of leasing software a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI
- Ability to work weekends as required

Job Duties
- Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads
- Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
- Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins
- Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
- Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last-minute touches when appropriate
- Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
- Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries
