We are currently seeking experienced Apartment HVAC Technicians to join our maintenance teams in Lake Worth, FL. This role caters to both part-time and full-time professionals aspiring to advance their career in apartment community maintenance and HVAC services. As an Apartment HVAC Technician, you will hold a critical position within the maintenance department, responsible for handling service requests under the guidance of maintenance supervisors or property managers. You will play an integral role in ensuring that apartment units are well-maintained, comfortable, and ready for occupancy, all while delivering superior customer service to residents.

In this role, you will be expected to complete various service tickets accurately and efficiently, logging all assigned work orders promptly to maintain operational flow. Managing vacant apartments and preparing them for new residents will be one of your key responsibilities, ensuring units meet all property standards before leasing. Beyond HVAC duties, you will maintain a safe and tidy environment by keeping grounds free from debris and trash. Your expertise in repairs, installations, and replacements will be applied in accordance with industry standards, significantly contributing to the overall upkeep and appeal of the apartment community.

InterSolutions values individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills, physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds, and the ability to climb ladders safely. Experience with HVAC systems and a solid foundation in maintenance repair and service are essential, whereas certification in HVAC/EPA is advantageous but not mandatory.
