Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying throughout the workday
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work in awkward or confined positions as needed
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, vendors, and residents
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleaning practices
  • Experience maintaining curb appeal preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and time management

Job Duties

  • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
  • Maintain cleanliness of community common areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, laundry facilities, and storage rooms
  • Perform trash-outs and deep cleaning of vacated units as needed
  • Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with the on-site team to support property operations
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager
