Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter

Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper for an apartment community in the Columbia, SC area. The role involves meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings. The Groundskeeper will also be responsible for removing trash daily, assisting in preparing make-ready units, cleaning available apartments/models, and supporting the maintenance team.
