Hiring for the position of Porter, First Pacific is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join their team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including a one-hour lunch break. The Porter is crucial in upholding the company’s property appearance by performing lawn care and exterior upkeep duties that ensure the premises are visually appealing and welcoming. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced work experience that constantly presents new challenges and rewards. Duties include maintaining lawn and outdoor areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness, and boosting curb appeal to make a positive impression on visitors and clients alike.

Applicants for the Porter position should possess a general knowledge of all aspects of lawn care and exterior maintenance. Being an effective communicator and a self-starter is essential since the role demands working independently as well as part of a team.
