Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch
- willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- strong communication skills
- positive team-oriented attitude

- general knowledge of lawn care and exterior maintenance

- physical ability to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work
- prior experience in property maintenance preferred but not required
