- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform general lawn care and exterior upkeep tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Work independently as a self-starter
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to scheduled work hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a one hour lunch
