Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills

- Reliable and punctual

- General knowledge of lawn care and exterior upkeep

- Experience in similar maintenance roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain property cleanliness and lawn care
- Perform general exterior upkeep tasks
