The current role is an on-site property maintenance position within Legacy Partners’ multifamily community management operations. This position is full-time with a Thursday through Monday schedule and reports directly to the Business Manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all common areas within the apartment community are kept in pristine condition, creating a welcoming and safe environment for residents and visitors. This role also involves performing unit turnovers between residents, which includes cleaning and painting apartment interiors to prepare them for new occupants. Due to the nature of this role, which may involve access to residents’ personal and confidential spaces and information, candidates must successfully undergo criminal background and pre-employment drug screenings as part of the hiring process. The multifaceted maintenance role spans various community upkeep tasks, including but not limited to cleaning rental offices, recreational areas, pools, spas, exercise rooms, and restrooms. The role demands comprehensive cleaning efforts like trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning both inside and out. Maintenance of laundry rooms is also a crucial duty, involving trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning machines to ensure a hygienic environment. Daily grounds patrol encompasses litter collection and ensuring the exterior grounds are attractive and safe. Tasks also extend to clearing entryways, stairwells, sidewalks, parking lots, and dumpster zones from debris and leaves. Landscape care such as watering plants is required to maintain healthy grounds. Furthermore, minor exterior maintenance duties include assisting with painting, minor repairs, and routine pool or spa upkeep. The position holds a key role in maintaining the overall property standards in line with Legacy Partners’ quality and cleanliness policies.

Compensation for this position varies based on factors like business requirements, prior experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to a base salary, the role may be eligible for periodic bonuses—bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual—contingent on individual and company performance.
