Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in property maintenance or janitorial roles preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- good communication skills to coordinate with management and residents
- ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean rental office recreation areas pool spa exercise room and restrooms including trash removal vacuuming dusting and window cleaning inside and out
- maintain cleanliness in laundry rooms by removing trash sweeping mopping and wiping machines and surfaces
- walk the property each morning to pick up litter and ensure a clean welcoming environment
- clear leaves debris and cobwebs from entryways and stairwells of each building
- sweep and blow off sidewalks parking areas and dumpster zones and move garbage bins to pickup locations on scheduled days
- perform daily watering of landscaping as needed to keep grounds healthy
- assist with exterior painting minor repairs and routine pool or spa upkeep
- clean and paint apartment interiors to prepare units for new residents
- help maintain the community according to Legacy Partners cleanliness and quality standards
