The role of Events Manager at Broadridge is critical in shaping the company’s public image and in supporting its business objectives through dynamic event execution both in-person and virtually. This position involves spearheading the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a wide range of events including client-facing conferences, industry gatherings, and internal hospitality functions. The ideal candidate will not only manage logistics and budgeting but will also design innovative event experiences that enhance customer engagement, build brand awareness, and contribute to lead generation and revenue pipelines. The Events Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and senior business leaders to ensure that events align with overall company strategies and achieve measurable return on marketing investments.

Furthermore, this role leverages advanced event technology platforms integrated with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to optimize event execution and attendee experience. Responsibilities span from concept development through on-site management and post-event analysis. This position also requires nurturing vendor relationships and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and event effectiveness.

Broadridge values professionals who are proactive, client-focused, and who possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Events Manager will bring a global mindset, agility in change management, and business and marketing acumen to the role, ensuring that all events reflect the company's commitment to excellence and innovation. Travel up to 30% is a requirement for this position, reflecting the importance of hands-on event support.
