Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food handlers certification required (must comply with State requirements)
- Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

- Anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
- Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
- Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards
- Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise, keeping service seamless
- Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
